115 Dands and the Plan Forward

I was able to do around 115 Dands yesterday, split up into multiple sets with breaks.
Total time was around 30 minutes. Also did 15 pullups (3 sets of 5 with breaks)

I will again go for the Bethaks today. 200 of them with breaks. I am sore in my quads and triceps.

If I can keep up daily exercise, and also eat negative calorie foods
I think I can make a difference and lose some inches from my waist.

I also need to relax more so I can sleep quicker.
